DayZ servers
Every server runs on the same IP address, 217.196.148.212. Use Connect to join with the Flare Launcher, or Connect using Steam to start DayZ through Steam. If Steam asks how to launch the game, choose Run DayZ Client. You can also copy the address into the DayZ launcher.

Nasdara PvP Vanilla, first person, Badlands DLC
Explore the arid province of Nasdara from the DayZ Badlands DLC. This server is completely vanilla, with no mods, and first person only. Basebuilding is allowed and active admins keep the game fair.
Motorbikes arrived with Badlands. Find one, fuel it up and cross the wide open terrain faster than on foot, but remember that everyone can hear you coming.

Recommended launcher
We recommend the Flare Launcher for DayZ. It is a free launcher for Windows and Linux: pick a server, and it downloads the mods that server needs and starts the game for you. That makes joining our modded servers a lot easier.

Which server is the best for noobs?
Livonia. It's PvE, so you can learn the game in peace, and it offers the best PvP training thanks to its AI and a variety of shooting ranges: a sniper range, a pistol range, a CQC range and several multi-purpose ranges, each one built to practice something different. Want a clean vanilla PvP experience instead? Play Nasdara.
Do I need the Badlands DLC for Nasdara?
Yes. Nasdara is part of the DayZ Badlands DLC, so you need to own it on Steam to join the Nasdara server.
How do I connect to a server?
The easiest way is the Connect button with the Flare Launcher logo, which opens the server in the Flare Launcher and takes care of the mods. Alternatively, select Connect using Steam next to a server to start DayZ through Steam and join directly. If Steam asks how to launch the game, choose Run DayZ Client. Servers that use mods need those mods subscribed in the Steam Workshop first, so the launcher is the easier way to join them. You can also add 217.196.148.212 with the game port in the DayZ launcher under Servers, Direct connect.
